Try something different for 2024: learn a new skill

Find your feel good 2024 - learn something new. Image of two women doing arts and crafts together.

Learning a new skill can be great for health and wellbeing, as it raises your self-esteem and self-confidence, helps you gain a sense of purpose, connect with others - not to mention that a new hobby can help you create new and healthy habits which will help you find your feel good for 2024!

So scrap the resolutions, and find a new hobby to try - or revisit an old one. From joining a cookery class, to discovering a new joy for reading, or having a go at bollywood dancing - there are plenty of opportunities in Barnet.
