Eat well to help find your feel good for 2024
A well-balanced diet provides all of the energy you need to keep active throughout the day, and the nutrients you need for growth and repair. Good food helps you to stay strong and healthy and can help prevent diet-related illness, such as some cancers, poor heart health, and type 2 diabetes.
Keeping active and eating well can also help you to maintain a healthy weight.
