It’s all about encouraging people to check their blood pressure and take steps to protect their heart health.  High blood pressure often has no symptoms but can lead to serious conditions like heart attacks and strokes.

This year, Barnet’s Healthy Heart Peer Support Team will be out in the community offering free blood pressure checks, lifestyle information culturally tailored support and signposting to local health and social care support. Come along to one of our events and take a step toward a healthier heart!
