Community wellness event coming to Golders Green
Barnet residents are invited to a free Golders Green Services Information Fair, on Wednesday 13 May, from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Golders Green Hippodrome.
This welcoming community event brings together Barnet Council, NHS teams and local charities to help residents reconnect with vital services that have evolved since the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether you need advice on housing, employment, finances or health, friendly professionals will be on hand to offer guidance and practical support.
The fair will also focus on wellbeing, with free blood pressure checks available along with opportunities to learn more about improving your heart health. There is no need to book an appointment - simply drop in and take part.
Visitors can get help with using the NHS app, including learning how to book appointments and access prescriptions, as well as information on benefits, later-life planning and mental health services.
